Section 15.1.5.19 - APPLICATION FOR MANUFACTURER'S OR DISTRIBUTOR'S LICENSEA. A person may act as a manufacturer, distributor or limited use distributor only if that person has received from the board a license specifically authorizing that person to act as a manufacturer, distributor, or limited use distributor or is a manufacturer of associated equipment that has been issued a waiver pursuant to Subsection D of Section 60-2E-13 of the act.B. Applications for manufacturer's, distributor's or limited use distributor's licenses shall be made, processed, and determined in the same manner as applications for other gaming licenses as set forth in the act and this rule.C. An applicant for a manufacturer's, distributor's or limited use distributor's license may be required to post, as a condition of issuance of the license, a bond or irrevocable letter of credit in a manner and in an amount established by the board.
