Section 15.1.3.3 - STATUTORY AUTHORITY

Section 60-2E-7(B)(3) of the Gaming Control Act authorizes the Gaming Control Board to develop, adopt and promulgate all regulations necessary to implement and administer the provisions of the Gaming Control Act.
