Section 15.1.15.8 - PUBLIC HEARINGS; LOCATION; HEARING EXAMINERA.All hearings held pursuant to Section 60-2E-59 of the act shall be conducted by a hearing examiner duly appointed by the board.B. Except for telephonic hearings, hearings shall be conducted in Albuquerque except that the hearing examiner may, upon motion of either party, grant a change of venue for good cause shown.C. All hearings held pursuant to Section 60-2E-59 of the act shall be open to the public.D. The hearing shall be recorded on audiotape or other means of sound reproduction, or by a certified court reporter.E.
