Section 15.1.11.9 - CONTENTS AND DISTRIBUTION OF INVOLUNTARY EXCLUSION LISTA. The involuntary exclusion list shall be open to public inspection and shall be distributed by the board to every licensed gaming establishment within the state and to the department of public safety for distribution to law enforcement agencies located in the state.B.
