Section 15.1.11.13 - RESTRICTION ON FILING ADDITIONAL PETITIONS AFTER DENIALA.Any person whose petition for removal from the involuntary exclusion list has been denied may not file another such petition with the board until one (1) year has expired from the date of denial.B.The board may, in its discretion and upon written request for waiver, waive the one (1)-year restriction.N.M.
