Section 15.1.10.37 - HOUSE RULESA. A licensee may establish house rules applicable to the operation of gaming machines or other gaming activities as long as the rules do not conflict with the act or this title. Before any licensee enacts or adopts any house rules, the rules shall be submitted to the board for approval.B. A copy of the house rules shall be in the licensee's possession at all times and made available to any person on request.N.M. Code R. § 15.1.10.37
