Section 13.4.3.6 - [Effective 4/1/2025] OBJECTIVE

The purpose of this rule is to implement Chapter 59A Articles 11, 12, 12A, 12B and 13 NMSA 1978, by establishing requirements for obtaining a license as a nonresident agent or nonresident broker.
