Section 12.21.2.8 - THE COMMITTEEA. The name of this committee shall be the "main street revolving loan committee," hereinafter referred to as the "committee."B. The powers and duties of the committee shall be those enumerated in Section 3-60C-4 NMSA 1978.C.
