Section 12.2.7.10 - COMPARISON TO SELLER'S FUTURE PRICESIt is an unfair and deceptive practice for a seller to advertise an introductory offer or to compare its current price for a good with the price at which the good will be offered in the future, unless both of the following requirements are met:
A. the future price takes effect within a reasonable time not to exceed 30 days after the introductory offer of price comparison is first published; andB. after the end of the introductory sale, the advertised future price of the good becomes the seller's regular and customary price.N.M.
