Section 11.5.5.403 - REQUEST FOR HEARINGA. Content: The request for hearing, in a case initiated by a petition for modification of abatement period, shall state that the case has not been settled during the informal administrative review, and shall request that a hearing be scheduled on the petition for modification of abatement period, but need not reiterate the allegations contained in the petition.B. Service: The request for hearing may be served upon the respondent by any method authorized by Section 202.B.2 [now Paragraph (2) of Subsection B of 11.5.5.202 NMAC].N.M. Admin. Code § 11.5.5.403
