Section 11.4.5.8 - INITIATION OF INVESTIGATIONA. Any person may bring an allegation of prohibited conduct under the act, including criminal fraud, bad faith, unfair claims processing, retaliation, or non-compliance with the requirements of the act, to the attention of the WCA's enforcement bureau.B. Any party may initiate a charge of bad faith, unfair claims processing, or retaliation by the filing of a complaint or an application to a judge.C.
