Section 10.6.2.3 - STATUTORY AUTHORITY

This rule is promulgated pursuant to the authority granted in Section 63-9D-8.1 NMSA 1978 and is deemed necessary to carry out the provisions of the Enhanced 911 Act, Sections 63-9D-1etseq. NMSA 1978.
