Section 10.29.3.8 - JUSTIFICATION AND AUTHORIZATION

Due to the numerous requests received by non-affiliated law enforcement trainers and educators that conduct law enforcement training for various New Mexico law enforcement agencies, the director of the department of public safety training and recruiting division is hereby instructed to prepare guidelines to be utilized to evaluate the proposed training. Such guidelines shall be updated as necessary and, when applicable, such changes shall be reported to the New Mexico law enforcement academy board at their next regularly scheduled meeting.
