Section 10.12.6.9 - LEGAL HOLIDAYS

Each year, prior to December 1, the chief shall publish the dates on which legal public holidays as designated in Section 12-5-2 NMSA 1978 (Repl. Pamp. 1988) shall be observed for the next calendar year.
