Section 1.7.12.21 - EXCEPTIONS TO RECOMMENDED DECISIONA. The parties to a proceeding may file exceptions with supporting briefs to a hearing officer's recommended decision according to a scheduling order issued by the hearing officer.B. Copies of such exceptions and any briefs shall be served simultaneously on all parties, and a statement of such service shall be furnished to the board's hearing officer.C. Exceptions to a hearing officer's recommended decision shall cite the precise substantive or procedural issue to which exceptions are taken.D. Any exception not specifically made shall be considered waived. Any exception that fails to comply with the foregoing requirements may be disregarded.
