General provisions for the Tuition Aid Grant and Garden State Scholarship Programs are set forth at N.J.A.C. 9A:9-2.1, Underground enrollment and eligible institutions, 2.2, Residency, 2.3, Noncitizens and resident aliens, 2.4, Eligibility and repayments, 2.5, Dependent/independent student, 2.7, Verification of family income, 2.8, Renewal eligibility and filing, 2.9, Award adjustments, refunds, and collections, 2.13, Student's obligation, 2.14, Check endorsements, and 2.16, Accounting and auditing standards, shall be in effect for CCOG.
