Section 9A:9-8.2 - General provisions

General provisions for the Tuition Aid Grant and Garden State Scholarship Programs which pertain to noncitizens and resident aliens set forth in N.J.A.C. 9A:9-2.3, award adjustments, refunds and collections set forth in N.J.A.C. 9A:9-2.1 2, check endorsements set forth in N.J.A.C. 9A:9-2.1 4, appeals set forth in N.J.A.C. 9A:9-2.1 5, and accounting and auditing standards set forth in N.J.A.C. 9A:9-2.1 6 shall be in effect for the Law Enforcement Officer Memorial Scholarships Program.
