Section 9A:9-5.9 - Verification of enrollment and academic performance

In order for an eligible student to receive payment, the institution must certify that the student is eligible for tuition benefits, and has registered for an academic term in an undergraduate degree program, and that the student is meeting the minimum standards for academic performance and academic progress at the institution in accordance with 9A:9-2.10. Institutions must certify eligibility within the term for which the scholarship is requested. Eligible students shall be enrolled on at least a one-half time basis during any term in order to receive payment.
