N.J. Admin. Code § 9A:9-5.1

General provisions for the Tuition Aid Grant and Garden State Scholarship Programs that pertain to residency set forth in 9A:9-2.2, noncitizens and resident aliens set forth in 9A:9-2.3, payments set forth in 9A:9-2.1 1, award adjustments, refunds and collections set forth in 9A:9-2.1 2, check endorsements set forth in 9A:9-2.1 4, appeals set forth in 9A:9-2.1 5, and accounting and auditing standards set forth in 9A:9-2.1 6 shall be in effect for the Survivor Tuition Benefits Program.
