Section 9A:6-1.16 - Deletion or substitution of key team members(a) No substitutions or deletions of key team members may be made during the selection process or after award of the contract, without prior written approval from the contracting unit. The contracting unit shall have a reasonable basis for any denial.(b) Unauthorized changes to a bidder's key team members who were specifically identified in the statement of proposal at any time during the selection process may result in the elimination of the bidder from further consideration.N.J.
