Section 8:59-11.1 - Authority

This subchapter is promulgated pursuant to the Worker and Community Right to Know Act, 34:5A-1 et seq., in particular, 34:5A-14 and 30, and the case of New Jersey Chamber of Commerce v. Hughey, 868 F.2d 621 (3rd Cir.), cert. den., 492 U.S. 920 (1989).
