Section 8:57-8.2 - Incorporated documents

(a) The Department incorporates by reference the following documents in this subchapter:

1. The 2007 Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices (ACIP), Recommended Childhood and Adolescent Immunization Schedule, as amended and supplemented, which is available online at http://www.cdc.gov/vaccines/recs/schedules/default.htm#childor from the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, as published in the Morbidity and Mortality Weekly Report, as amended from time to time, which can be obtained from the Superintendent of Documents, U.S. Government Printing Office, Washington, DC 20402, telephone (202) 512-1800.

2. The applicable "ACIP Recommendations" pertaining to each licensed vaccine and its utilization to prevent certain vaccine preventable diseases are available online at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention's Vaccines and Immunizations website at http://www.cdc.gov/vaccines/pubs/ACIP-list.htm.
