Section 8:57-7.4 - Availability of coverage

(a) All public and private institutions of higher education in this State shall arrange for health insurance coverage on a group or individual basis for purchase by students who are required to maintain coverage pursuant to 8:57-7.2.

(b) All public and private institutions of higher education in this State required to arrange for coverage pursuant to this subchapter shall be required to maintain evidence of compliance with (a) above.
