Section 8:57-7.1 - Purpose and scope

(a) This subchapter is promulgated pursuant to the provisions of 18A:62-15, and shall assure that each full-time student attending a public or private institution of higher education in New Jersey obtains and maintains health insurance coverage.

(b) This subchapter shall neither limit the scope of, nor specify the types of, insurance contract benefits necessary to comply with 18A:62-15, except those which are specified at 8:57-7.2.
