Section 8:51-7.3 - Procedures and work practices for abatement and interim controls

(a) All abatement work to remove lead hazards shall conform to the procedures and work practices specified in N.J.A.C. 5:17.

(b) All interim controls for exterior lead hazards identified shall conform to the procedures and work practices specified in 8:51-6.2(c).
