Section 8:51-5.4 - Approval of other samples or testing methods
(a) The local board of health may use any other sample collection or testing method if approved by any government agency having regulatory responsibility regarding lead hazards.
(b) The local board of health may use results from onsite paint, soil or dust testing methods for screening purposes but shall confirm the results pursuant to 8:51-5.3 for enforcement purposes.
