Section 8:43J-3.13 - Required documents

(a) All facilities shall have the following documents on the premises and available to staff:

1. This chapter;

2. N.J.A.C. 8:43E;

3. N.J.A.C. 10:166;

4. N.J.A.C. 10:122; and

5. The facility's policy and procedure manual(s).

(b) Information on ordering the New Jersey Administrative Code is available:

1. On the Internet at lexisnexis.com;
