Section 8:42C-9.1 - Maintenance of medical/health records

(a) At least 14 days before a hospice plans to cease operations, it shall notify the Department in writing of the location and method for retrieval of medical/health records.

(b) Medical records shall be retained and preserved in accordance with N.J.S.A. 26:8-5 et seq.
