Section 8:42C-6.1 - Advisory group

(a) The governing authority shall appoint an advisory group which ensures participation by at least one physician, the hospice administrator, the director of nursing and/or nursing supervisor, a consumer, and at least one representative of the interdisciplinary team.

(b) At least one member of the advisory group shall be neither an owner nor an employee of the facility.

(c) The full advisory group shall meet at least annually.
