Section 8:42-12.7 - Orientation and in-service education(a) Orientation for all new employees and staff under contract to provide direct patient care shall include infection control practices for the employee's specific discipline and the rationale for the practices.(b) The designated committee shall coordinate educational programs to address specific problems at least annually for staff in all disciplines and patient care services.N.J.
