Section 8:42-12.5 - Regulated medical waste

(a) An agency shall ensure that medical waste is collected, stored, handled, and disposed of in accordance with applicable Federal and State law.

(b) An agency shall comply with the Comprehensive Regulated Medical Waste Management Act, 13:1E-48.1 et seq., and all rules promulgated pursuant thereto.
