Section 8:41-9.8 - Required crewmembers

(a) When "in-service," each MICU shall be staffed by at least two persons, as follows:

1. Two EMTs-Paramedic;

2. Two registered nurses who meet the requirements set forth at 8:41-9.9; or

3. One registered nurse who meets the requirements set forth at 8:41-9.9 and one EMT-Paramedic.
