Section 8:33F-2.5 - Long-term acute care hospital data reporting

Every hospital licensed to provide long-term acute care in accordance with this chapter shall maintain and provide statistical data on the operation of the program and report those data to the Department of Health in accordance with 8:31B-3.3.
