Section 8:33C-5.6 - Notices

(a) The MCHC shall conspicuously post a notice in its main office, that the following information is available within the facility during business hours:

1. All waivers granted by the Department, if any;

2. The list of deficiencies, if any, from the last annual licensure inspection and certification survey report and the list of deficiencies, if any, from any valid complaint investigation during the past 12 months;

3. The names and addresses of the members of the governing authority; and

4. The hours of operation and the business hours of the MCHC.
