(a) This chapter applies to all private youth camps operating in New Jersey.(b) This chapter establishes requirements for youth camps regarding the certificate of approval, administration, sanitation, health, safety, and operations.(c) This chapter also covers enforcement procedures applicable to each youth camp that fails to meet the standards established in the Act and this chapter.N.J.
