Section 8:18-1.1 - Purpose and scope

This subchapter constitutes the rules governing the implementation of 26:2-110 and 111 ( P.L. 1988, c.24), an act providing for the testing of newborn children for the purpose of early detection and treatment of biochemical disorders.
