Section 8:17-9.1 - Department responsibility for identifying and coordinating availability of resources

Pursuant to New Jersey P.L. 1993, c. 309, the Department is the lead agency responsible for establishing State policies related to the payment process for services to eligible children and their families under Part C, including the identification and coordination of all available resources for early intervention services within the State, including those from Federal, State, local, and private sources.
