Section 8:17-17.2 - Collection and maintenance of information

Consistent with the terms and conditions of a letter of agreement, or, as applicable, a grant funded by the Department and implemented by the provider agency, the agency shall submit to the Department activity reports, progress notes, service verification logs, and other operational information for the Department to monitor the implementation by provider agencies of all requirements of this chapter.
