Section 8:17-13.7 - Incorporation of mediation agreement into IFSP; agreement binding on EIS

(a) The service coordinator shall incorporate the terms of a written agreement negotiated as a result of mediation into the IFSP within five business-days of the service coordinator's receipt of the written agreement pursuant to 8:17-13.4(a)7.

(b) Upon its incorporation into the IFSP pursuant to this section, a mediation agreement is binding on the early intervention system.
