Section 8:17-13.1 - Department supervisory obligation

(a) The Department holds general supervisory responsibility to administer and implement procedural safeguards that meet the requirements of Part C.

(b) The service coordinator shall provide the information concerning the dispute resolution options in this subchapter to parents in the written notice required pursuant to 8:17-4.1.
