Section 8:121-1.12 - Administrative hearing of appeal

If the mental health program chooses to appeal an agency decision made pursuant to these rules, the mental health program may request an administrative hearing, which shall be conducted pursuant to the Administrative Procedure Act, 52:14B-1 et seq. and 52:14F-1 et seq., and the Uniform Administrative Procedure Rules at N.J.A.C. 1:1.
