Section 8:85-3.14 - Full cost rates

For publicly owned or operated governmental NFs and SCNFs, the Department shall make a full cost rate calculation that is equal to 100 percent of the facility's allowable costs divided by total patient days as determined from the most recent validated cost report identified in 8:85-3.8 and inflated pursuant to 8:85-3.6.
