Chapter 66, formerly Alcohol Countermeasures Regulations, was adopted pursuant to authority of N.J.S.A. 39:3-10 and 39:5-30 and were filed on December 14, 1972 as R.1972 d.255 to become effective 12/15/1972. See: 4 New Jersey Register 273(a), 5 New Jersey Register 18(c). Amendments were filed and became effective 1/8/1979 as R.1979 d. 4. See: 10 New Jersey Register 508(a), 11 New Jersey Register 78(b). Amendments became effective 2/7/1983 as R.1983 d. 19. See: 14 New Jersey Register 1195(a), 15 New Jersey Register 156(b). This subchapter was readopted pursuant to Executive Order 66(1978) effective 1/4/1984 with amendments effective 2/6/1984 as R.1984 d. 7. See: 15 New Jersey Register 1923(a), 16 New Jersey Register 247(b). Pursuant to P.L. 1984, c. 243 (N.J.S.A. 26:2B-9.1), the Bureau of Alcohol Countermeasures was transferred from the Department of Law and Public Safety. N.J.A.C. 13:20-31was recodified to the Department of Health N.J.A.C. 8:66-1. See: 21 New Jersey Register 70(a). Pursuant to gubernatorial waiver, the Executive Order No. 66 (1978) expiration date was extended from December 18, 1990 to March 3, 1995. See: 23 New Jersey Register 177(a).
