Section 8:62-4.13 - Granting of certification

(a) A biennial certification shall be granted to a training agency which has demonstrated compliance with this subchapter including course content, teaching methods, and instructor qualifications based upon the application submission required by N.J.A.C. 8:62-4.3, and such investigation as the Commissioner shall deem necessary.

(b) A biennial letter of certification shall:

1. Specify the date of issuance;

2. Specify the expiration date;

3. Specify the name and address of the training agency which is certified;

4. Specify which training course(s) the certificant is authorized to teach;

5. Bear the signature of the Commissioner; and

6. Be non-transferable.
