Section 8:62-3.1 - Scope of the subchapter

This subchapter shall apply to each individual applying for or renewing a lead abatement worker, lead abatement supervisor, lead inspector/risk assessor, or lead abatement planner/project designer permit for housing and public buildings or to each individual applying for a lead abatement worker and lead abatement supervisor permit for commercial buildings and superstructures.
