Pursuant to N.J.S.A. 30:4D-17.17a, 17.18, and 17.18a, the Department of Human Services, in consultation with the AIDS/HIV Drug Utilization Review Committee of the Drug Utilization Review Board, and with the approval of the Commissioner of Health, shall determine the formulary of medications that the ADDP covers.
