Section 8:43G-9.18 - Intermediate care standards; scope

The standards set forth in 8:43G-9.19 through 9.25 shall apply to designated medical, surgical, coronary, pulmonary, cardiovascular, and neurological beds providing intermediate care, but not pediatric or neonatal intermediate care.
