Section 8:43G-23.3 - Pharmacy staff qualifications

(a) Pharmaceutical services shall be directed by a registered pharmacist licensed to practice pharmacy in New Jersey.

(b) A pharmacist licensed to practice pharmacy in New Jersey shall be responsible for compounding, preparing, labeling, transferring between containers, and dispensing drugs, including direct supervision of supportive personnel, as defined at 13:39-1.2.
