Section 8:43E-12.17 - Enforcement and penalties

A covered health care facility licensed pursuant to P.L. 1971, c. 136 (26:2H-1 et seq.), that is in violation of the provisions of this subchapter shall be subject to enforcement actions and penalties specified in N.J.A.C. 8:43E-3.
