Section 8:43E-11.14 - Prohibition of retaliatory action(a) As used in this section, "retaliatory action" means the discharge, suspension or demotion of an employee, or other adverse employment action taken against an employee in the terms and conditions of employment, in accordance with section 2 of P.L. 1986, c. 105 (34:19-2) .(b) A covered facility shall not take any retaliatory action against any health care worker for reporting violent incidents.
